At Ferguson Roofing, we strive to make ourselves readily available to our customers. We have a fully staffed office with a customer service staff dedicated to answering our phones an assisting with customer inquiries. We know that in our industry, our customers need us to be available to visit at their home. We have a dedicated sales/estimating team that includes two in-house support personnel and our field team. We will schedule appointments for SPECIFIC times and will service an area 60 miles from Lambert Airport in every direction.
We stay at the forefront of technology, especially to communicate in today’s fast paced world. We manage our business on a contemporary CRM to ensure we manage our accounts and projects as effective as possible. We can communicate with our customers via phone, email, text, social media and snail mail – whatever suits their needs. Coming on-line in 2017 will be our customer portal. This will allow our customers to connect about their project at their convenience, 24/7. They will be provided with the most relevant information regarding their project. As well, they will be connecting with the department best equipped to assist at that stage in their project.
Our office is located on the east side of Lambert airport, in the same location for nearly thirty years. We are have convenient access to 3 highways, making us very accessible to our customers in every direction. Our customers have an open invitation to visit the office to meet the team, review their project or look at samples. To meet with a specific member of our staff, appointments are recommended, but for general questions, someone is always available to help during our normal business hours!
