Ferguson Roofing is a proud member of the Roofing & Siding Contractors Alliance (RSCA). The RSCA is comprised of contractors, manufacturers and distributors around the Greater St. Louis area with the purpose of promoting ethical relationships and public awareness regarding exterior work on residential homes and businesses. Jason Shupp, co-owner of Ferguson Roofing, is President of the RSCA for 2013-2014.
The RSCA is always looking for ways to give back to the community and one of the organizations they support is the Living Well Foundation. Located in Imperial, Missouri, the Living Well Foundation seeks to promote living a healthy and happy by avoiding or reversing preventable diseases. Since their inception in 2003, the vision is that “NO CHILD WILL SUFFER FROM ADULT DISEASE and no adult will die from preventable illness.” Health camps and wellness programs are offered to children and adults of all ages at this 250 acre wooded campground. Founder, Jean Huelsing and her husband Tom, sacrificed their own home, cashed in many material possessions and worked several other jobs to make this camp a reality.
On October 24, 2013, the RSCA came together to install a new roof on one of the cabins at the Living Well Village. Ferguson Roofing was one of the contractors that helped donate the labor needed to complete this project. Jason Shupp, co-owner of Ferguson Roofing, felt so strongly about this cause he actually “suited up” to help install the roof.
