Every manufacturer has different products and varied warranty coverage. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to fill out the paperwork and send it in to the shingle manufacturer in order to qualify for their warranties, but we make it a little easier to do!

“Tear-off”
A “tear-off,” also known as a strip and felt, is a process that includes removing and hauling all the old shingles and underlayment from your roof. By having a “tear-off” done, it allows our installers to inspect the roof deck, valleys and eaves for damage, as well as to properly replace all flashings. We then apply new underlayment under the shingles, including an ice and water shield at problem areas. This results in a better long-term investment for you as a homeowner.
