I have found Ferguson Roofing to be both helpful and responsive. On the few items that required callbacks, each item was responded to and amended in a very timely and acceptable manner. We have 190 villas. You are talking about a lot of buildings to do. It’s not something we wanted to take on as individuals. Being the President, I felt more pressure because I wanted to make sure it was done right by a reputable company in a timely fashion. We thought, well, the best thing to do is to go with the best company we know. Right then and there, it was Ferguson Roofing. Even if something went wrong, we knew they would be right there to fix it, no argument. It took a lot of pressure off of us. It was wonderful.
