CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Administrator (entry-level)

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • The position will handle ordering, receiving and logging initial data loads and recurring updates into the Internal Tracking Database.
  • Coordinate receipt of new files and updates with internal departments and vendors.
  • File and maintain organization of project documentation.
  • Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
  • Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.

SKILLS NEEDED:

  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Must have a working knowledge of Word.
  • Basic research skills.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form
  • Ability and desire to learn new processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Good oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several variables and apply reason.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide answers to customer’s inquiries.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles is a plus.
  • Familiar with online research practices.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and be a creative problem solver
  • Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment
