With our ongoing efforts to support those who support us, Ferguson Roofing donated items for the Bridgeway Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) Elementary School Trivia Night. The event was hosted on Saturday, February 23rd, 2019. The Bridgeway PTO supports the Bridgeway Elementary School, located in Bridgeton, MO. Bridgeway Elementary is part of the Pattonville School District, which has been voted one of the top places to work by the St. Louis Post Dispatch in 2015-2018.
We are fortunate here at Ferguson Roofing to have a very active “extended family” that have been working hard to get the word out about our “80 in 80” campaign. One employee’s grandmother brought the need of the Bridgeway PTO to our attention. She continues to serve and donate her time to the local Chamber of Commerce, schools, and other organizations in the North County area. She is very active when it comes to fundraising for those organizations and schools located in our community such as Bridgeway Elementary School. Supporting schools, especially those in our own backyard, is very important to us. We understand that Bridgeway Elementary School is the only elementary school in the Bridgeton community. It teaches students in preschool through fifth grade. It has a strong family and community atmosphere, which really resonated with our company as we try to promote the same values.
Our President Jason Shupp, an alumna of Bridgeway Elementary, is very proactive with students, particularly when it comes to supporting programs that prepare them for the future business world they will be encountering. This can include schools, professional organizations, or local athletic teams.
