A message from Jason Shupp, Ferguson Roofing President and CEO
To our customers,
We understand the concern and uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and we want to share what we are doing to keep you, our employees, and our communities safe and healthy.
At Ferguson Roofing, we have decided to suspend walk-in sales appointments and all in-person vendor meetings and trainings. Our office is still open, but we are now doing small shift rotations. Staff members not in the office at any given time are working remotely on as much as they still can off-site. There will be some delays with internal communications, so please give us at least 24 hours to return messages. With a reduced staff in the office, we encourage our customers to email email@example.com to allow us to better serve you, faster.
We will still do on-site sales appointments. However, we will not be going into your home and we prefer to not meet the owners. We will inspect and bid the necessary work and will leave samples at your door. To communicate information, we will email any bid documents and then schedule a sales call via phone to provide more customer service.
Our technicians and installers will still be working for now. They are inherently socially distanced with the work they do. We know the rains and storms will not stop during the pandemic and will do our best to keep people dry in their homes.
We are are still here for you and your home! We are simply modifying the mechanism that we provide to you while striving to have our service be the best it can be.
Our thoughts go out to anyone who may be affected by COVID-19. We continue to monitor this quickly evolving situation and make every effort to assist you. The well-being of our customers, employees, and communities is paramount to all of us at Ferguson Roofing.
